*Regular black lights, purple lights, or blue lights DON'T usually work for fluorescent minerals, so make sure you use the proper indicated UV light*
*Please keep in mind that the higher the UV light's wattage is, the brighter the fluorescent reaction will be*

This beautiful and raw red lightning agate piece fluoresces light green, yellow, and white under filtered shortwave and longwave UV light.

This specimen was photographed using a Convoy C8 longwave UV light , and a 36 watt shortwave ultraviolet lamp. The pictures have not been retouched.
